NOVELTY - Preparation of perovskite solar cell involves preparing a transparent electrode layer on high permeability glass layer, preparing electron transport layer on the transparent electrode layer, preparing perovskite active layer on the electron transport layer, and preparing hole transport layer on the perovskite active layer to obtain perovskite cell main component, using physical deposition on the back plate substrate to perform patterning batch preparation after deposition, cutting to obtain metal electrode layer according to the shape and circuit of the perovskite cell main component, preparing barrier layer on the metal electrode layer, obtaining the electrode main component, arranging perovskite cell main component and the electrode main component and overlapped, heating for 10-30 minutes at 100-150 degrees C, slowly cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the perovskite solar cell with improved metal electrode, high performance and improved production efficiency.
