▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene based on ascorbic acid is prepared by preparing a brown graphite suspension; preparing a glassy yellow graphite diluent; preparing graphite oxide solids; dispersing graphite oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 1 hour to separate graphene oxide to obtain a graphene oxide solution; mixing the graphene oxide solution with ascorbic acid sufficiently and then stewing them to obtain a graphene solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene based on ascorbic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses the ascorbic acid as a reducing agent; shortens the reaction time under the condition of adding no other stabilizing agents; obtains a single-layer graphene having a thickness of 0.8-1.2 nm; and is good for the production of graphene in batches. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene based on an ascorbic acid includes: (A) cooling graphite and sodium nitrate at room temperature, adding concentrated sulfuric acid and stirring, then adding potassium permanganate to the concentrated sulfuric acid in batches within 1 hour during stirring, raising the temperature to 35 plus minus 3 degrees C by using a water bath, and adding deionized water after 2 hours of reaction to obtain a brown graphite suspension; (B) continuing the reaction of the obtained brown graphite suspension for 15 minutes, and then adding hydrogen peroxide and deionized water to the graphite suspension to obtain a glassy yellow graphene solution; (C) filtering the glassy yellow graphene solution to obtain a tan filter cake which is washed with acid first and then dispersed in water, and centrifuging to obtain a graphite oxide gel which then goes through drying treatment to obtain a graphite oxide solid; (D) dispersing the graphite oxide into deionized water, and ultrasonically treating for 1 hour to separate a graphene oxide to obtain a graphene oxide solution; and (E) mixing the graphene oxide solution with the ascorbic acid sufficiently and then stewing them to obtain a graphene solution.
