NOVELTY - Inorganic fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material comprises a mixture composed of high temperature resistant resin, curing agent and micro-nano hollow particles and inorganic fiber film framework. The inorganic fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material includes layered and the thickness is more than 10 μm, preferably 50-400 μm. USE - The material and member is useful for preparing lightning protection product, preferably the lightning protection product is an aircraft fuselage surface product, a wind turbine blade structure surface product and a city railway traffic surface product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has good compatibility with the composite material; has excellent insulation, heat insulation, ablation resistance and strong toughness and improves the lightening protection effect of the conductive film, realizing weight reduction and reducing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material comprising mixing the high temperature resin, curing agent and micro-nano hollow particles, uniformly dispersing to obtain the mixed solution, mixing the inorganic fiber film framework for dipping or coating on the inorganic fiber film framework to mixed solution, curing and drying under the room temperature or heating condition to obtain the inorganic fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material product, coating the mixed solution on the inorganic fiber film framework including spraying, scraping and coating, where the mass ratio of the high temperature resin, curing agent and the micro-nano hollow particle mixture is 5-95:1-25:1-10, preferably 35-45:1-15:1-8 and/or the mass ratio of the mixed solution and the inorganic fiber membrane framework is 5-95:5-95, preferably 35-45:55-65; and a lightning protection structural member comprising a conductive layer, an isolation layer and a continuous layer of carbon fiber composite material, where the isolation layer is the inorganic fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material or the preparation of inorganic fiber film/micro-nano hollow particle composite material, preferably the conductive layer is a conductive film, the material of the conductive film including copper, nickel, aluminum, conductive metal oxide, conductive polymer, nano-carbon material modified by metal, light conductive nano-carbon material, more preferably light conductive nano-carbon material. The light conductive nano-carbon material comprises ultra-smooth carbon nano tube film, paper, graphene film, oxidation, grapheme, preferably super-smooth carbon nano-tube film, more preferably the super-smooth carbon nano-tube film by adjusting the orientation of carbon nano-tube in the carbon nano-tube film to change the conductivity of the whole film. The orientation of the super-parallel carbon nano-tube film is single-layer carbon nano-tube layer and the layer arranged along 0-90°, preferably arranged along 90°.
