▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon nanotube and graphene compound system based styrene polymer conductive masterbatch comprises 86-94 wt.% styrene polymer, 0.2-1 wt.% carbon nanotube, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% compatibilizer, and 4-8 wt.% dispersing agent; where the compatibilizer is terpolymer obtained by copolymerization of aromatic vinyl compound, acrylonitrile and glycidyl methacrylate; the terpolymer has number average molecular weight of 50,000-90,000; the glycidyl methacrylate content in the terpolymer is 5-20 wt.%; the dispersing agent is aromatic vinyl compound and random copolymer obtained by copolymerizing acrylonitrile; The random copolymer has number average molecular weight of 10,000-30,000. USE - The conductive masterbatch is useful for preparing conductive material (claimed), and used in fields of injection molding, extrusion and modification. ADVANTAGE - The conductive masterbatch: has excellent electrical conductivity; is easy to be added. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon nanotube and graphene compound system based styrene polymer conductive masterbatch comprising (1) dispersing carbon nanotube and graphene in inert volatile solvent, stirring at room temperature for 10-30 minutes to obtain carbon nanotube suspension and graphene suspension; (2) treating the carbon nanotube suspension and the graphene suspension through 400-800 W ultrasonic treatment device for 1 hours to obtain carbon nanotube dispersion liquid and a graphene dispersion liquid; (3) mixing and stirring the carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, the graphene dispersion liquid and the dispersing agent to obtain dispersion material; where the stirring rotation speed is 1300-2000 revolutions/minute; and (4) mixing the dispersion material with compatibilizer, and performing twin-screw melt extrusion; where the processing temperature at the twin-screw melt extrusion is 190-230 degrees C, and rotating speed is 100-400 revolutions/minute.
