NOVELTY - The material is made of graphite, polyaniline and ferric oxide composite. Polyaniline coated urea-formaldehyde resin is coated on the graphene. Ferric oxide is coated with the polyaniline that covers the graphene. USE - Ultra capacitor graphene/polyaniline/ferric oxide composite material for a solar energy battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has oxidation-reduction electrochemical properties, thus increasing capacitance ratio of the material and circulation service life, and hence increasing electrochemical property of graphite alkenyl. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an ultra capacitor graphene/polyaniline/ferric oxide composite material preparing method.
