NOVELTY - The preparation method of monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material involves (i) mixing ammonium thiomolybdate and lithium salt compound, grinding, heat preserving in an inert gas protection atmosphere, and cooling to obtain lithium 1T phase molybdenum sulfide block, (ii) directly placing lithium 1T phase molybdenum sulfide blocks in deionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzing and peeling, placing the resulting suspension in a centrifuge, and centrifugally separating to obtain monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide nanosheet suspension. USE - Preparation of monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly method enables the preparation of monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material by simple process under mild reaction conditions, without using expensive reagents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material involves (i) mixing ammonium thiomolybdate and lithium salt compound in a ratio of 1:2, grinding, heat preserving at 800-1200 degrees C for 1-10 hours in an inert gas protection atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature to obtain lithium 1T phase molybdenum sulfide block, (ii) directly placing lithium 1T phase molybdenum sulfide blocks in deionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzing and peeling for 5-30 minutes, placing the resulting suspension in a centrifuge, centrifugally separating, and removing the ungrown precipitate to obtain monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide nanosheet suspension, (iii) adding graphene oxide to monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide nanosheet suspension, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes, adding hydrazine hydrate, and ultrasonically processing for 0.5-2 hours to obtain monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene suspension, and (iv) centrifuging the monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene suspension on the centrifuge with water and ethanol, removing soluble impurities, and dispersing the monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material in a small molecule solvent. The thickness of the monolayer 1T phase molybdenum disulfide nanosheet is less than 1 nm.
