▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel-based composite coating based on double pulse electrodeposition comprises (i) sanding and polishing a sample to be plated and ultrasonically cleaning, (ii) preparing graphene using chemical reduction or liquid plasma method, (iii) adding graphene to a plating solution, and preparing graphene/nickel matrix composite plating layer using double pulse electrodeposition. USE - The graphene/nickel-based composite coating is useful in aerospace, machinery and automobile fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nickel-based composite coating: has average crystal particle size; is harder than the matrix; increases pure nickel plating layer with larger range; has excellent anti-friction and wearable properties; and meets carbon steel under different condition of the friction and wear performance requirements.
