▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antibacterial and sterilized transparent glaze comprises (i) taking zinc acetate as zinc source and using ethylene glycol methyl ether as a solvent and dissolving to obtain zinc solution; (ii) adding graphene into the zinc solution, dispersing ultrasonically and allowing solution to stand for 12 hours; and (iii) filtering solution, washing obtained precipitate and drying. USE - The transparent glaze is useful for preparing daily use porcelain finished product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes low cost nano zinc and graphene to obtain a glaze, produces product with high surface finish, self-cleaning property and having excellent bactericidal effect during testing of Escherichia coli at 80-85% in 24 hours. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for application of graphene antibacterial sterilized transparent glaze, comprising (a) drying transparent glaze, pre-sintering, crushing and sieving over 250 meshes sieve; (b) adding a graphene antibacterial sterilizing agent into the transparent glaze powder, adding alumina balls and water, milling in ball mill and filtering to obtain antibacterial and sterilizing transparent glaze; and (c) selecting daily-use ceramic body for impregnating with a transparent glaze, drying, dipping in a layer of antibacterial and sterilized transparent glaze, drying body, heating and cooling to obtain daily use porcelain finished product with antibacterial sterilization effect.
