NOVELTY - Use of graphene oxide polyethylene glycol complex in polymerase chain reaction, is claimed. USE - The graphene oxide polyethylene glycol complex is useful as polymerase chain reaction specific enhancer in polymerase chain reaction (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polymerase chain reaction comprising (1) sequentially performing thermal denaturation, annealing and extension of the polymerase chain reaction system to complete semi-reserved replication of the DNA; where the polymerase chain reaction system comprises a graphene oxide polyethylene glycol complex; and (2) repeating the steps of thermal denaturation, annealing and extension to complete the polymerase chain reaction.
