▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Double-band electromagnetic wave transmission modulation of graphene/metal composite super-surface comprises combining the electromagnetic efficient transmission super-surface with the graphene super-surface, realizing specific working frequency band and transmission intensity in the microwave band and loading voltage on the graphene to realize the dynamic adjustable double-band electromagnetic wave transmittance. The electromagnetic efficacy transmission super surface is provided with two independent metal sub-unit structures and a graphene sandwich structure. USE - The method is useful in double-band electromagnetic wave transmission modulation method based on graphene/metal composite super-surface is useful in filter, sensor, lithography and optical devices. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the miniaturization design of the microwave electronic device based on the sub-wavelength characteristic of the super-surface and electromagnetic ultra-transmission of the double-frequency band and adjust the chemical potential of graphene for continuous control of double-band microwave transmission intensity and high efficacy and stable performance of the microwave modulation; is simple to operate, safe and economical; and reduces the isolation between the two metal sub-unit hole structure design of I-shaped structure and square hammer metal structure.
