▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing nitrogen-doped graphene-metal complex comprises forming reduced graphene oxide coating layer on surface of the metal foam by hydrothermal reaction between the graphene oxide mixture and the metal foam, and doping nitrogen by heat-treating the metal foam on which the coating layer is formed at 450-550 degrees C using nitrogen doping agent. USE - The complex is useful in energy storage device e.g. a super capacitor, a lithium-sulfur battery, a lithium ion battery or a polyion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The energy storage device: has excellent conductivity, storage capacity, mechanical properties, structural stability and longevity; and improves electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) nitrogen-doped graphene-metal complex having specific capacitance of 400-900 F/g; and (2) energy storage device comprising nitrogen-doped graphene complex in direct contact without a binder.
