▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for forming graphene anti-static floor, involves (a) grinding and cleaning the original base level concrete, laying conductive nets at a distance of 2000 mmx 2000 mm, grounding, laying conductive nets on the four sides of the structural column and the wall at a distance of 150 mm from the column or wall, connecting, and grounding, (b) mixing a main agent of aqueous polyurethane primer and curing agent, evenly mixing, adding graphene having an electrical resistivity, mixing, and evenly scraping on the cleaned base concrete to form a polyurethane conductive primer layer, (c) curing, preparing and constructing a polyurethane self-leveling material, stirring the main agent of the polyurethane self-leveling material and curing agent, adding graphene having an electrical resistivity, stirring, and uniformly scraping the coating on the cured polyurethane conductive primer layer, and (d) closing for curing, and using after 48 hours. USE - The process is useful for forming graphene anti-static floor. ADVANTAGE - The process improves the compression resistance and abrasion resistance of the floor, and does not form conductive blind spots, and guarantees the durability of the conductive performance, and provides uniform surface color without any influence, and has excellent conductivity, no bad curing and short construction cycle, and adopts simple structure, and the construction is more convenient and quick.
