▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabricating graphene (111) comprises: inserting a first electrode (11) and a second electrode (12) into an electrolyte (2) without contacting, where the first electrode is graphite multilayer material and the electrolyte comprises at least an ionic liquid (21); producing a potential difference between the first electrode and the second electrode; and permitting the ionic liquid enter into each layer of the first electrode to form many graphene. USE - The method is useful for fabricating graphene (nitrogen-doped graphene). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the graphene with environmental protection, and having high electric conductivity, field emission property, catalysis and storing; is simple and cost-effective; does not uses strong acid to oxidize the nitrogen-doped graphene thus nitrogen-doped graphene is preserved the completeness of its structure; and provides the graphene with high thermal conductivity and resistance. The nitrogen-doped graphene/ionic liquid does not contain the surfactant. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure illustrates a schematic diagram showing the fabricating setup of graphene.
