NOVELTY - Drilling base plate comprises a base plate body (1) comprising 30-80 pts. wt. thermoplastic material and 30-50 pts. wt. wood fiber material, which are obtained through thermal processing, and a heat dissipation plate, which is a graphene plate, where a heat dissipating plate is propped on one side of the backing plate body. The heat dissipation plate comprises first heat dissipation hole(s). The base plate body is provided with a heat dissipating plate-containing groove and a circuit board-containing groove (12), which are respectively located on two sides of the base plate body. The heat dissipating plate-containing groove and the side wall of the circuit board receiving groove are provided with second heat dissipation hole(s). The height of the heat dissipating plate-containing groove is equal to the thickness of the heat dissipating plate. The base plate body is further provided with at least three positioning holes (14). USE - The base plate is useful for circuit boards. ADVANTAGE - The base plate saves energy and is environmentally-friendly.
