▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon nanotube/graphene covalently modified high thermal conductive carbide ceramic involves (a) mixing multi-wall carbon nanotube powder and multi-layer graphene powder and ceramic precursor solution uniformly under vacuum auxiliary vibration condition to obtain ceramic precursor liquid, (b) curing and high-temperature cracking the ceramic precursor fluid to obtain a ceramically modified ceramic precursor material, and (c) sintering the ceramics at high temperature and high pressure under high pressure to obtain the ceramic precursor material. USE - Preparation method of carbon nanotube/graphene covalently modified high thermal conductive carbide ceramic used in heat protection component of aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The CNT/graphene covalent modified high thermal conductive carbide ceramic has improved conductivity and thermal conductivity, and improved dispersion uniformity of multi-wall carbon nano-tube and multi-layer graphene as reinforcing phase.
