NOVELTY - The air filter membrane has a dense nanofiber layer (2) covering and completely joining the surface of a non-woven fabric substrate (1). The nanofiber layer is a functional graphene-modified polymer nanofiber composite membrane having a beaded structure. The graphene is graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide or graphene in carboxylation. USE - Functional graphene-modified air filter membrane for filtering pollutants in air, including smoke, pollen, particulate matter (PM) 2.5, and other smaller particles. Used in personal protection device, e.g., a mask. ADVANTAGE - Due to additional of functional graphene, the air filter membrane can handle all kinds of pollutants, including smoke, PM 2.5, and pollen, and filtration efficiency is improved, while air resistance is minimized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a functional graphene-modified air filter membrane preparation method.
