NOVELTY - Preparation of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene graphene composite material involves dissolving and heat-treating graphene fillers at 100-300 degrees C in air or an inert gas, dispersing treated graphene in an inert hydrocarbon solvent, then adding the transition metal compound, filtering and collecting solid product, drying resultant solid product at 60 degrees C under nitrogen for 1 hour, obtaining solid catalyst, adding container in an inert hydrocarbon diluent, polymerizing reaction product and drying polymerization product in the oven. USE - Preparation of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene graphene composite material is efficiently prepared with improved polymerization activity, and excellent impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene graphene composite material involves dissolving and heat-treating graphene fillers at 100-300 degrees C in air or an inert gas for 1-10 hours, dispersing treated graphene in an inert hydrocarbon solvent, then adding the transition metal compound, controlling reaction temperature at 10-200 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, filtering and collecting solid product, drying resultant solid product at 60 degrees C under nitrogen for 1 hour, obtaining solid catalyst, providing container with a stirrer for replacing with nitrogen to pumping, and ethylene, adding container in an inert hydrocarbon diluent, adding obtained solid catalyst and an organic aluminum compound with an inert hydrocarbon diluent, providing ethylene into the container through the gas under pressure of 0.01-1 MPa, controlling the reaction temperature at 20-1500 degrees C for 2-10 hours, polymerizing reaction product, and drying polymerization product in the oven.
