▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrochemical immunosensor comprises base glassy carbon electrode, and sulfadiazine/graphene-chitosan composite modified layer. USE - Electrochemical immunosensor used for multi-residue detection of sulfa drugs by competing with the sulfa drugs contained in the object to be conjugated with sulfadiazine antibodies (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical immunosensor physically modify graphene-chitosan chitosan complex on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode, and then sulfadiazine is modified by physical adsorption, where sulfadiazine-based antibody can generate cross-immunoreactive reactions with sulfa drugs.
