NOVELTY - The method involves pre-treating a conductor of a cable. A graphene layer is arranged on a surface of the conductor. A hollow glass micro-bead is placed on the surface of the graphene layer to form a first reinforcing layer. A glass fiber layer is configured to form a second reinforcing layer. A polyvinyl chloride insulating layer is configured to obtain an enhanced cable. The conductor is surface-treated in an oxygen-free environment, where temperature of the conductor in the oxygen-free environment is about 900-1000 degree celsius. The graphene layer is obtained by chemical vapor deposition process. The hollow glass micro-bead is processed by polyurethane-nano aluminum oxide composite. USE - Enhanced cable manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the cable with dual-reinforced layers by utilizing simple vapor deposition and physical mixing process so as to enhance strength of the cable.
