NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises component A. The component A comprises group VIII metal, preferably palladium and/or platinum, preferably palladium and platinum, where the atomic ratio of palladium and platinum is 1: (0.1-2). The component B comprises carbon material, a single-layer graphene, double-layer graphene oxide, preferably a mixture of single-layer graphene and/or double-layer graphene oxide, and the mass ratio of the single-layer graphene and/or double-layer graphene oxide is (0.03-1):1. The component C comprises variable valence metal oxide, molybdenum trioxide, vanadium pentoxide, tungsten pentoxide, niobium pentoxide, nickel oxide, manganese oxide, iron oxide, copper oxide and cobalt oxide, preferably molybdenum trioxide, vanadium pentoxide, tungsten pentoxide and niobium pentoxide. USE - The catalyst is useful as anode catalyst in direct fuel cell based on compound hydrogen storage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: can directly convert the hydrogen energy stored in the organic liquid molecule into electric energy without passing through the process of releasing hydrogen, which avoids setting the dehydrogenation reactor and heat exchanger; saves space and reduces the cost.
