NOVELTY - Water purification material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. nano carbon fiber, 10-14 pts. wt. activated white clay, 6.5-10.5 pts. wt. functional sand, 2-5 pts. wt. calcium stearate and 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. sodium silicate. USE - Used as water purification material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has strong sewage treatment capacity, high water purification efficiency; does not produce secondary pollution; is not harmful to the environment and human, safe and environmentally friendly; consumes low energy and can be reused after cleaning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material comprising (a) uniformly shearing and dispersing graphene and carbon nanofibers in water, adding activated clay, functional sand, calcium stearate and sodium silicate, continuing the dispersion for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed dispersion and (b) filtering the obtained mixed dispersion, drying the obtained filter cake at 90-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, crushing to 50-60 mesh, crushing again after heat treatment to obtain the material with 200-250 mesh.
