NOVELTY - Reduction-oxidation graphene at zirconium dioxide composite material is prepared by adding graphene oxide into deionized water for ultrasonic peeling to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion; adding zirconium oxychloride aqueous solution in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, continuously stirring, and mixing; adjusting pH of solution to be alkaline by ammonia water; hydro-thermally reacting mixed solution; and cooling mixture to room temperature, washing, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing reduction-oxidation graphene at zirconium dioxide composite material for tea pesticide residue pre-treatment for agricultural products (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of the material comprising filling reduction-oxidation graphene at zirconium dioxide composite material and diatomite series into solid phase extraction purifying column; in crushed tea, adding alkaline solution to extract, sonicating, centrifuging to obtain supernatant, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to acidic, and centrifuging to obtain second supernatant; and adding second supernatant to solid phase extraction purification column, leaching and eluting to obtain eluent, using chloroformyl-9-fluorenyl methyl ester for derivatization, carrying out derivatization, and using liquid phase chromatography tandem mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
