▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Immobilizing enzyme based on organic polymer functionalized carbon material, comprises (1) using organic polymer as functional reagent to functionalize surface of carbon material by adsorption or covalent bonding, where the surface of the carbon material is covered or partially covered by functional reagent; and (2) immobilizing enzyme on the functionalized carbon material by adsorption method. USE - The method is useful for immobilizing enzyme based on organic polymer functionalized carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the organic polymer to functionalize the carbon material, which keeps the strong adsorption force of the carbon material, protects the protein structure of the enzyme, plays a role of maintaining and enhancing the activity of the enzyme, has simple operation, simple program, and high activity.
