NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength carbonene graphite material comprises (a) preparing petroleum coke into micropowder, adding graphene aqueous solution and dispersant for graphene coating, controlling the temperature at 90-110°C until the surface is free of moisture to obtain graphene coating material, adding melting adhesive asphalt into the graphene coating, kneading to obtain kneading material, rolling the kneaded material, making the rolled sheet into secondary powder, and pressing to obtain a green body, (b) roasting the green body at 1100-1200°C, impregnating the roasted product with impregnated pitch, subjecting the impregnated product to secondary roasting at 1100-1200°C, graphitizing the secondary roasted product at 2400-2600°C to obtain a blank, and (c) cutting large blanks into small blanks, passing through inert protective gas, and carrying out high-temperature purification at 2700-2800°C. USE - Preparation method of high strength carbene graphite material is used in refractory material and coating of metallurgical industry, electric locomotive pantograph carbon sliding strip, lubricant of mechanical industry, carbon brush of electric industry, electrode of battery industry and fertilizer industrial catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method mitigates micro-crack and defect caused by thermal stress and mechanical deformation, improves the anti-folding, compression strength and volume density of the product, and improves the stability and product percent of pass, so as to improve the problem caused by insufficient strength of pure carbon base material itself.
