▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene quantum dot-semiconducting oxide-carbon nanofibers composite photocatalyst electrode, comprises (a) oxidizing by primarily heating electrospun fibers containing graphene quantum dots-semiconducting oxide-carbon nanofibers, (b) attaching graphene quantum dots and titanium dioxide, (c) secondarily heat treating, and (d) attaching external electrode made of copper, indium or conductive polymer coating layer. USE - The electrode is useful as photoelectrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has antibacterial, sterilization and deodorization functions under outdoor sunlight and indoor fluorescent lamps; decomposes non-degradable chemicals and bacteria; has high photocatalytic activity in indoor artificial light source in visible region; prevents separation of graphene quantum dot-titanium dioxide particles from carbon nanofibers by amorphous carbon film; minimizes aggregation effect of photocatalyst particles; and improves recombination prevention efficiency.
