NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene by oxidation-reduction involves immersing natural flake graphite powder in concentrated acid in a container, transferring the container to a low-temperature environment, adding phosphoric acid, stirring, adding oxidant, increasing the temperature, reacting for 6-12 hours, diluting with water, adding hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, performing ultrasonic treatment, producing graphene oxide solution, adding aluminum foil chippings of lithium battery current collector, heating, reducing, removing impurities and performing vacuum drying. USE - Preparation of graphene by oxidation-reduction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene is produced quickly and safely by simple method without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene by oxidation-reduction involves immersing predetermined amount of natural flake graphite powder in concentrated acid in a container, such that mass ratio of graphite powder and acid is 30-120:1, transferring the container to a low-temperature environment, adding phosphoric acid, stirring, adding strong oxidant, controlling the temperature of reaction system to less than 5 degrees C, transferring the container to a room-temperature environment, stirring, heating at 35-55 degrees C for 6-12 hours, increasing the temperature, reacting for 6-12 hours, diluting with water, adding hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, performing ultrasonic treatment, producing graphene oxide solution, adding aluminum foil chippings of lithium battery current collector into solution, heating, reducing, removing impurities and performing vacuum drying.
