NOVELTY - High temperature resistant ceramic matrix composite material comprises 100-150 pts. wt. graphene ceramic powder, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 5-8 pts. wt. modified binder, and 2-4 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as high temperature resistant ceramic matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent mechanical property, improved thermal shock resistance, improved microstructure, improved overall performance, and improved reliability and durability; and is safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ceramic matrix composite material comprising (1) adding water into the graphene ceramic powder and stirring, adding sodium silicate and modified binder together mixing and stirring at 50-80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, (2) adding the mixed raw materials into a vacuum drying device for drying, drying at 110-120 degrees C for 30 minutes, drying, taking out, allowing to stand and cooling, (3) crushing after cooling, and processing in a granulator to obtain powder having a particle size of 0.04-0.08 mm, (4) adding the granulated powder into the mold, and isostatic pressing to obtain a blank, and sintering the blank into porcelain or the blank is further turned and then sintering into porcelain.
