The graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material is uniformly distributed in alumina matrix. The graphene-coated silicon carbide composite material is composed of 10-20 %mass graphene and 80-90 %mass beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles, and graphene sheet layer is coated on the surface of beta -silicon carbide nanoparticles. USE - Graphene/silicon carbide reinforced alumina matrix composite. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon carbide reinforced alumina matrix composite has excellent compactness, electrical conductivity and mechanical property.
