NOVELTY - A lactic acid-containing modified graphite oxide composite material is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating, adding carboxymethyl chitosan solution, reacting, mixing graphite oxide-containing carboxymethyl chitosan solution and fluorescein isothiocyanate solution, reacting, dissolving lactic acid in phosphate buffer, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating, reacting, adding acetic anhydride, reacting, performing dialysis, and lyophilizing. USE - Method for preparing lactic acid-containing modified graphite oxide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy, and low-cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lactic acid-containing modified graphite oxide composite material is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating for 2-3 hours, adding carboxymethyl chitosan solution, reacting at room temperature for 12-24 hours, performing dialysis, lyophilizing to obtain graphite oxide-containing carboxymethyl chitosan solution, dissolving in distilled water, mixing graphite oxide-containing carboxymethyl chitosan solution and fluorescein isothiocyanate solution, reacting for 2-3 hours, dissolving lactic acid in phosphate buffer, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, activating for 2-3 hours, adding graphite oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan solution-fluorescein isothiocyanate solution, reacting at room temperature for 12-24 hours, performing dialysis, lyophilizing to obtain mixture, adding triethylamine, mixing, adding acetic anhydride, reacting at room temperature for 12-24 hours, performing dialysis, and lyophilizing.
