NOVELTY - Three-layer integrated flexible thin film supercapacitor comprises graphene (GN)/semiconductor oxide (OS)//graphene oxide (GO)//GN/OS three-layer integrated sandwich film structure. The middle layer of GO is super capacitor diaphragm and electrolyte storage sites. Both sides of GN/OS are electrodes of supercapacitor. USE - Three-layer integrated flexible thin film supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The supercapacitor has high volume ratio capacity, volume energy density, good cycle performance and good flexibility.
