NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide powder in solvent to obtain solution, adding dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding ethylene vinyl acetate rubber raw material to graphene oxide solution, stirring and dispersing to obtain mixture of graphene oxide and ethylene vinyl acetate rubber, (iii) absorbing the mixture obtained in the step (ii) by a syringe, spinning on an electrospinning equipment having electric field voltage of 5-10 KV, maintaining the distance between a syringe needle and a collection plate to 10-20 cm to obtain graphene oxide reinforced ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material, and (iv) mixing graphene oxide reinforced ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material and rubber raw material obtained in the step (ii), filler, milling, adding anti-aging agent, wear-resistant agent, accelerator, vulcanizing agent, dispersant and reducing agent, mixing, and vulcanizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength, has lower density and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide powder in solvent to obtain 0.2-0.5 mg/ml solution, adding 0.02-0.05 mg/ml dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing at a power of 500-2000 W, at a frequency of 10-50 KHz for 30-90 minutes to obtain graphene oxide solution, (ii) adding 5-10% (w/v) ethylene vinyl acetate rubber raw material to graphene oxide solution, stirring at a rate of 1000-5000 revolutions/minute for 30-120 minutes, and dispersing to obtain mixture of graphene oxide and ethylene vinyl acetate rubber, (iii) absorbing the mixture obtained in the step (ii) by a syringe, spinning on an electrospinning equipment having electric field voltage of 5-10 KV, maintaining the distance between a syringe needle and a collection plate to 10-20 cm to obtain graphene oxide reinforced ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material, and (iv) mixing graphene oxide reinforced ethylene vinyl acetate rubber material and rubber raw material obtained in the step (ii), filler in a weight ratio of 1:(5-10):(1-5), milling at 90-110 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, adding 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.02-0.08 pts. wt. wear-resistant agent, 0.002-0.010 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.02-0.05 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.01-0.05 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. reducing agent, mixing at 50-100 degrees C for 2-5 minutes, and vulcanizing at 150-200?C for 2-5 minutes.
