NOVELTY - The material comprises a polymer layer (1) and a heat sealing layer (2). A graphene layer (3) is provided between the polymer layer and the heat sealing layer. A mixed slurry layer (4) is provided between the polymer layer and the graphene layer. The mixed slurry layer is provided between the heat sealing layer and the graphene layer. USE - Flexible packaging material with high barrier property for battery of mobile device. ADVANTAGE - The high barrier flexible packaging material has excellent barrier water oxygen small molecule performance, at the same time with repeated stretchability and manufacturing method. The mixed slurry layer as the buffer layer between the polymer layer and graphene layer greatly increases the adhesive force of the graphene on the polymer, so as to create a very good barrier ability. Using non-permeable graphite as a core barrier, polymer barrier as an external protective package, using the synergistic effect between the barrier and the protective package can obviously reduce the permeability of oxygen and moisture.
