▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The tube has a cathode ceramic section (2) formed with a center hole that is formed as a cylindrical structure. A metal section (1) is fixed in an annular groove. An inner side end face of the annular groove is formed on an outer side end face of a shaft (6). The shaft is filled with nano level graphite powder (7) and connected with a coaxial cable. The shaft is fixed on a baffle plate (8) that is connected with an end surface of an outer bearing ring. Inner diameter of the baffle plate is greater than outer diameter of the outer bearing ring.
