NOVELTY - The method involves performing graphene oxidation operation. Oxidation graphene slurry is coated on a copper foil surface. Irradiation reduction operation is performed for obtaining a high-orientation graphite film. The high-orientation graphite film is washed in deionized water for about 2-4 times. Concentration of a graphite film suspension part is about 0.5-6 mg/mL. Speed of a centrifuge part is about 2500-3500r/min. Centrifugal operation is performed for about 10-40 min. Oxidation graphite paste is coated on the copper foil surface by a scrape coating machine to perform cleaning process. USE - Highly-oriented graphite film ultra-capacitor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a graphite film ultra-capacitor in a simple manner with high flexibility.
