NOVELTY - The attenuator has a base layer connected with a graphene layer that is formed with a medium layer. A first substrate is arranged with the graphene layer. A surface of the graphene layer is arranged with a second substrate, where reflection terahertz wave is generated. The medium layer is arranged with an air interface, where thickness of the graphene layer is greater than thickness of terahertz light spot area, and the medium layer is made of silicon dioxide, boron nitride or aluminum oxide, and the substrate is made of quartz, and electrode is a metal or alloy electrode. USE - Electric control-type graphene terahertz attenuator. ADVANTAGE - The attenuator has high attenuation degree of a graphite, and realizes accurate control efficiency of an attenuation degree parameter so as to improve product attenuation sheet precision and high working flexibility.
