NOVELTY - The high voltage corrosion resistant platinum carbon (Pt-C) catalyst has mass activity of the catalyst of 0.20-0.41 A/mgPt, electrochemical specific surface area of 63.5-131.2 m2/g, 5000 ring high voltage circulating mass activity retention rate of 42.5-52 %, and electrochemical specific surface area retention rate of 64.2-88.0%. USE - High voltage corrosion resistant platinum carbon catalyst is used for fuel cell e.g. hydrogen fuel cell used in electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The high voltage corrosion resistant platinum carbon catalyst has high activity and high voltage durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of high voltage corrosion resistant platinum carbon catalyst comprising (a) heating graphene under inert or reducing atmosphere, and keeping at constant temperature, adjusting carbon carrier surface functional group and carbon layer structure, preparing high voltage corrosion resistant carbon carrier; (b) dispersing in dispersion liquid, ultrasonically stirring to obtain the dispersed carbon carrier solution, (c) dispersing platinum precursor in organic solvent, stirring to obtain the dispersed platinum precursor solution, and (d) dropping the dispersed platinum precursor solution into the dispersed carbon carrier solution, stirring, adjusting the pH value, cooling, undergoing high temperature oil bath heat reaction, washing, drying, performing thermal reduction in reducing atmosphere.
