▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a three-dimensional bifunctional carbon microtube/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite biomass material involves immersing a pile in a graphene oxide aqueous solution to obtain graphene oxide loaded pile, reacting the obtained material in nitrogen-containing gas at 800-850 degrees C for 3-6 hours. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional bifunctional carbon microtube/nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide composite biomass material used as electrode material for capacitors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite material with high efficiency catalytic oxygen reduction property and capable of providing high performance supercapacitor with excellent electrochemical property and redox reaction property.
