▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of cellulose-based oxygen barrier moisture permeable antibacterial fresh-keeping film involves mixing urea, alkali and deionized water in proportion to prepare alkali/urea aqueous solution. Adding inorganic filler to the obtained alkali/urea aqueous solution, and dispersing to obtain a dispersion. Cooling down to -14--10 degreesC, then adding cellulose into it, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and centrifuge to remove air bubbles. Spreading out on a glass plate by a casting method, and soak in a coagulation bath to obtain a regenerated cellulose hydrogel. After rinsing the regenerated cellulose hydrogel with deionized water, and drying to obtain a regenerated cellulose-based composite membrane. Soaking the dried cellulose composite film in the modifier dispersion liquid for surface hydrophobic modification, then thoroughly rinsing with water, drying at room temperature, and then hot pressing. USE - Preparation method of cellulose-based oxygen barrier moisture permeable antibacterial fresh-keeping film used for food packaging, functional materials, and the like. ADVANTAGE - Cellulose-based oxygen barrier moisture permeable antibacterial fresh-keeping film has high oxygen barrier property even under high humidity, excellent mechanical property and optical property and adjustable thickness, preservation, moisture permeability, antibacterial property, no mildew. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope image of the surface of the cellulose-based oxygen-barrier, moisture-permeable and antibacterial fresh-keeping film material.
