NOVELTY - Phosphorus-enriched graphene flame retardant, represented by formula (I) is claimed. USE - Used as phosphorus-enriched graphene flame retardant. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant has high flaming retarding efficiency, low polarity, small hygroscopicity, can well keep the mechanical property of the material, is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phosphorus-enriched graphene flame retardant, represented by formula (I) is claimed. PFR = Reactive phosphorus flame retardant. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-rich-phosphorus flame retardant, comprising uniformly mixing the reaction type phosphorus-containing compound 2-carboxyethyl(phenyl)phosphinic acid (CEPPA) or 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) and its derivatives and silane coupling agent according to mol ratio of 1:1-1:1.5, raising temperature and smelting, at 120-200 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 6-12 hours, under the oxygen-free condition, compound with silane coupling agent to obtain the phosphorus-containing intermediate compound, adding intermediate compound in 1-10 wt.% de-ionized water, stirring at normal temperature for hydrolyzing for 0.5-24 hours, dispersing graphene oxide in an organic solvent after carrying out surface activation using thionyl chloride under the action of catalyst, phosphorus silicon intermediate compounds of adding according to mass ratio of 1:1-1:10, heating and stirring reflux reaction for 6-48 hours under the oxygen-free condition, removing the organic solvent, and drying to obtain the product.
