NOVELTY - Preparing polydopamine oxide/graphene complex film comprises e.g. (i) adding dopamine or dopamine hydrochloride to the alkaline solution formulated as dopamine solution, adding the cleaned substrate, allowing to stand for 24 hours at room temperature, removing the ultrasonic cleaning, drying under nitrogen and coating the substrate with at least complete poly dopamine film; (ii) placing the coated polymer film substrate dopamine into the graphene oxide solution, soaking at 25-80 degrees C for 3 hours, forming part of polydopamine film coated with graphene oxide incomplete graphene oxide film. USE - The method is useful for preparing polydopamine oxide/graphene complex film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is easy, simple and has antibiosis property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polydopamine oxide/graphene complex film comprises (i) adding dopamine or dopamine hydrochloride to the alkaline solution formulated as dopamine solution, adding the cleaned substrate, allowing to stand for 24 hours at room temperature, removing the ultrasonic cleaning, drying under nitrogen and coating the substrate with at least complete poly dopamine film; (ii) placing the coated polymer film substrate dopamine into the graphene oxide solution, soaking at 25-80 degrees C for 3 hours, forming part of polydopamine film coated with graphene oxide incomplete graphene oxide film, removing the ultrasonic cleaning, drying under nitrogen, since graphene oxide portion is Polydopamine reduction, finally, the formation of an incomplete partially reduced graphene oxide layer on the polyethylene film dopamine; and (iii) adding solution to phosphate buffered saline at a pH of 7.4 in antibacterial protein, stirring at 0-4 degrees C condition for half an hour, adding coated polydopamine incomplete and partially reduced graphene oxide film substrate, soaking at 4 degrees C for 48 hours, removing and washing with phosphate buffered saline.
