USE - Method of preparing polyoctahedral silsesquioxanes graft graphene oxide modified nylon composite resin used as electromagnetic protective clothing and electrostatic protective clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin has good mechanical properties, dimensional stability, electrical and thermal conductivity, flame retardancy and radiation protection properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyoctahedral silsesquioxanes (POSS) graft graphene oxide modified nylon composite resin comprises dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water and ethanol, mixing for 1-3 hours, adding POSS, reacting at 70-100 degrees C for 8-24 hours, filtering, washing with anhydrous ethanol and deionized water, drying at 60-100 degrees C to obtain POSS grafted graphene oxide, mixing POSS grafted graphene oxide with lactam monomer, mixing at 121-135 degrees C for 1-3 hours, heating at 120-140 degrees C, adding catalyst, vacuumizing for 30 minutes, adding activator, mixing at 170-185 degrees C, polymerizing, insulating for 20-60 minutes to obtain POSS grafted graphene in situ modified nylon composite resin, purging with high purity nitrogen, heating at 230-260 degrees C, cooling, pelletizing to obtain POSS graft graphene oxide nylon composite resin chips, slicing, vacuum drying, extruding, spinning, melting, cooling, oiling, clustering, rolling, winding and molding.
