NOVELTY - The film (1) has a heat-transfer layer (11) provided with graphene micro particles and binder resin. A plastic film (12) is adhered to a surface of the heat-transfer layer. Mass ratio of the binder resin and the graphene micro particles in the heat-transfer layer is 0.001-0.1.The graphene micro particles of heat-transfer layer are arranged in the plastic film in parallel. Surface resistance of the heat-transfer layer is 5 ohms/square. Diameter of the graphene micro particles is 5-100 micro meters. Thickness of the plastic film is 20-100 micrometers. USE - Thermal radiation film for radiating heat produced from an electronic component e.g. microprocessor, image processing chip and memory in a small-sized electronic device e.g. notebook computer, smart phone and mobile telephone. ADVANTAGE - The graphene micro particles of heat-transfer layer are arranged in the plastic film in parallel, so that manufacturing cost of the radiation film is reduced and heat conductivity of the heat-transfer layer is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The binder resin is acrylic resin, polystyrene resin or polyvinyl alcohol. The acrylic resin is polymethyl acrylate, polymethylmethacrylate, polycarbonate, PVC or Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, and Styrene resin.
