▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based aqueous anticorrosive coating with antibacterial properties comprises filler with water as solvent, graphene oxide and functional silver oxide particles supported on the surface of graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is dielectric barrier. USE - Used as graphene-based aqueous anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating exhibits high-efficiency antibacterial and anti-corrosion capabilities, and copes with various types of corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based aqueous anticorrosive coating with antibacterial properties comprising (i) mixing 4-6 g sodium persulfate, 0.3-0.9 g sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and 150 ml deionized water to form a solution, (ii) gradually dropping the sodium hydroxide solution into the solution until the pH value becomes alkaline, (iii) heating at 50-80 degrees C in a water bath under continuous stirring, slowly adding silver nitrate solution dropwise, maintaining the temperature for 10-40 minutes to obtain the precipitation of silver oxide particles, (iv) adding into the dispersion of graphene oxide powder after pretreatment of the silver oxide particles, performing ultrasonic treatment by continuous stirring for 3-8 hours to obtain silver oxide/graphene oxide composite, filtering and freeze drying, and (v) adding the silver oxide/graphene oxide composite after drying into the styrene butadiene latex in a certain proportion, and stirring for 1-5 hours to obtain final product.
