▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-composite material of phosphorus-doped graphene nanoparticles involves using phosphorus source as diammonium phosphate, weighing graphene oxide and 450-600 mg diammonum phosphate, placing in a beaker, adding 40 ml deionized water, stirring for 0.5 hours, freezing and drying at -80degrees Celsius, placing the mixture obtained after freeze-drying into a quartz boat, under the protection of hydrogen-argon mixed gas, heating to 450-700degrees Celsius in a tubular furnace at a heating rate of 5degrees Celsius/minutes, keeping the temperature for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature in the furnace, taking out the mixture in the quartz boat and using excess ethanol and deionizing water to wash the black solid after reaction, and drying the washed sample in a vacuum drying box for 24 hours. USE - Preparation method of nano composite material of phosphorus atom doped with graphene used as carrier of fuel cell catalyst for proton exchange membrane fuel cell and methanol fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low reaction temperature. The phosphorus-doped graphene nano-composite material prepared by the method enhances the conductivity, improves the catalytic performance, can be used as a new carrier of fuel cell catalyst, for proton exchange membrane fuel cell, and methanol fuel cell.
