▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A humidity sensor with surface acoustic waves comprises a sensitive layer comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide/hydrophilic oxidized carbon nanohorns. The sensitive layer comprises 10-20 %mass graphene oxide and 0.5-15 %mass oxidized carbon nanohorns. The graphene oxide comprises 20-45 %mass oxygen. The oxidized carbon nanohorns are synthesized by treating carbon nanohorns with 3 M nitric acid, treating using oxygen plasma, and refluxing for 48 hours. USE - Humidity sensor with surface acoustic waves is used for monitoring humidity in domestic application, industrial application, textile industry, paper industry, medical application (transfusion center and sterilization premises), meteorology application, pharmaceutical production and storage spaces, agricultural application (monitoring soil moisture and monitoring of silo moisture), and food industry.
