NOVELTY - A recycled plastic particle comprises 62-75 pts. wt. recycled plastic obtained by modifying, 11-16 pts. wt. intumescent flame retardant, 1.5-2 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. brightening agent and 0.5-pt. wt. plasticizer. The recycled plastic is modified by compatibilizer, flexibilizer and chain extender. The recycled plastic comprises acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polystyrene and/or polypropylene. USE - Recycled plastic particle. ADVANTAGE - The recycled plastic particle is environment-friendly, has improved interface compatibility and mechanical property, and low toxicity, and reduces corrosion of manufacturing equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of recycled plastic particle comprising crushing recycled plastic waste, washing using detergent, rinsing, removing iron by electromagnetic iron remover, heating, extruding, cooling to obtain recycled plastic, modifying, adding remaining materials, stirring at 105-115 degrees C for 100-120 minutes at speed of 500-600 revolutions/minute (rpm), uniformly mixing, melting, and plasticizing in double-screw extruder at 170 degrees C, 185 degrees C, 195 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 225 degrees C, 235 degrees C and 245 degrees C, machine head temperature of 245 degrees C and screw rotating speed of 120-150 rpm.
