NOVELTY - Preparing core-shell structure organic modified graphene comprises dissolving graphene, polyamide wax and polyethylene wax in a mixed solution of xylene and ethyl acetate, stirring the mixture, and freeze-drying manner to obtain primary organic modified graphene, where the primary organic modified graphene is polyamide and polyethylene coated graphene, then adding primary modified graphene to polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and freeze-drying to obtain secondary organic modified graphene, where the secondary organic modified graphene is a core-shell structured organic modified graphene. USE - The modified graphene is useful for anticorrosive powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: can perform two organic modifications on graphene to form a core-shell structure. The modified graphene: greatly improves the coating's corrosion resistance, weather resistance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) anticorrosive powder coating comprising 50-60 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3.8-4.6 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 20-40 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 2-4 pts. wt. benzoin, 2-4 pts. wt. brightener, 2-4 pts. wt. flatting agent, and 5-15 pts. wt. core-shell structure organic modified graphene; and (2) preparing the anticorrosive powder coating comprising mixing other components except core-shell structure organic modified graphene, heating and extruding to obtain a base material, then using base material and core-shell structure organic modified graphene for preparing a coating by bonding process, and coating by sieving through a screen.
