NOVELTY - The preparation of multifunctional conductive coating involves stirring deionized water and additive, adding graphene powder and nano-titanium dioxide powder, and dispersing under ultrasonic stirring condition to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide aqueous dispersion, stirring aqueous light-cured resin, photoinitiator, graphene/titanium dioxide aqueous dispersion and adhesion promoter to obtain aqueous light-cured multifunctional fabric finishing agent, coating finishing agent onto fabric using dipping method, padding method or coating method, and light-curing the fabric surface. USE - Preparation method of multifunctional conductive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of multifunctional conductive coating with excellent conductivity, anti-UV function, antibacterial effect, self-cleaning function, mechanical property, durability, flexibility, strength, and energy-saving effect, by simple and efficient and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of multifunctional conductive coating involves (1) weighing deionized water and additive, stirring at room temperature for 20-40 minutes, adding graphene powder and nano-titanium dioxide powder, and dispersing for 1-2 hours under ultrasonic stirring condition to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide aqueous dispersion having concentration of 30 %mass, (2) ultrasonically stirring aqueous light-cured resin, photoinitiator, graphene/titanium dioxide aqueous dispersion obtained in the step (1) and adhesion promoter at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour in dark condition to obtain aqueous light-cured multifunctional fabric finishing agent, and (3) coating finishing agent obtained in the step (2) onto the fabric using dipping method, padding method or coating method, and light-curing the fabric surface.
