NOVELTY - The method involves pre-treating a surface of a substrate. A surface of the substrate is coated with a polyimide. A conductive groove is designed on a conductive layer according to an electrode pattern. Heat-conducting ink is sprayed and cured in the conductive tank to obtain a heat-conductive protective layer. A nano-silver conductive ink is filled into the conductivity tank sprayed with the heat conductivity ink, dried and solidified. Unnecessary nano silver conductive paint is removed outside an outer side of a conductivity groove to obtain the electrode pattern, and an UV curing liquid is coated on the surface of coating polyimides after obtaining the electrode patterns and curing to obtain transparent packaging layer. USE - Manufacturing method of transparent flexible film electrode. Uses include but are not limited to solar battery, light emitting diode, LCD, touch screen and optoelectronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method provides transparent flexible film electrode with quick response and long service life. The electrode response speed prepared by the method is 2-5 seconds, the bending resistance is more than 30000 times, after heating for 72 hours, the temperature is 35-50 ℃, the high temperature performance is good, and the service life is greatly improved. The method avoids etching the conductive layer, thus preventing the nano silver conductive material from breaking and ablating, so as to avoid the broken nano silver to send silver migration under the bad external condition.
