▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a conductive metal film layer and a graphene-containing layer that are fixed with a graphite layer and a metal film layer. Thickness of a metal adhesive layer is about 30-350 nm. The conductive metal film is formed with an anti-oxidized and anti-corrosion metal protective layer. Thicknesses of the metal adhesive layer, a conductive metal layer and the metal protective layer are about 200-1000 nm. A substrate is formed as a glass substrate or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate. USE - Capacitive touch screen electrode structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has large adhesive force, better corrosion resistance effect, better conductivity and high product yield performance, and simplifies processing technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a capacitive touch screen electrode structure.
